A big thank you to Bruce McLeod and the Digital Knowledge Exchange team at UMi for their support with Leodis Coffee over the past few months. From our first call in August, Bruce took the time to understand how we operate as a business and where digital tools could make a real difference. Our Digital Health Check evolved into a clear, practical Action Plan, along with a valuable SEO audit of our website. The biggest impact by far has been Bruce’s guidance on using AI, particularly setting up scheduled tasks to automate key business processes. We now use AI to automate sales reporting, analyse customer data, and monitor route planning and efficiency across our field-based teams. Tasks that used to take up a significant part of my week now run in the background, saving me hours of work and giving us better insights to make informed business decisions. That’s time I can put back into growing Leodis Coffee, supporting our team and looking after our customers.
